Pottorff Custom Home Consultant, individual alleged to owe more than $50,000

Late 01

FRESNO – A Fresno man is accused of defaulting on a line of credit.

Westamerica Bank filed a complaint on June 7 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Ryan Pottorff, individually and doing business as Pottorff Custom Home Consultant and Does 1-10 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 3, 2006, a $50,000 line of credit was extended to defendant Pottorff. As of June 5, the amount of $50,069.83 allegedly remains dues and owing to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff holds Pottorff, individually and doing business as Pottorff Custom Home Consultant and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make monthly payments as required by the loan agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants in the approximate amount of $50,069.83, plus interest, fees, charges, costs and such other relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Charles L. Doerksen, Travis R. Stokes and Michael J. Fletcher of Doerksen Taylor Stokes LLP in Fresno.
