Mercedes-Benz Financial USA LLC alleges more than $40,000 is still owed on vehicle

FRESNO – An individual is accused of defaulting on an auto loan.

Mercedes-Benz Financial USA LLC filed a complaint on June 8 in the Fresno County Superior Court against David Nino Organics LLC, David Nino and Does 1-10 alleging money due on a contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz M3CC17O motor vehicle from plaintiff's assignor. The sum of $42,526.73 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiffs holds David Nino Organics LLC, Nino and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make the regular monthly payments when due and wrongfully detained the motor vehicle.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment in the sum of $42,526.73 plus collection expenses, attorneys’ fees, costs of suit and such other and further relief. It is represented by Michael D. Vanlochém, of VanLochem & Associates LLP in Hollywood.
