FRESNO – A Fresno County woman claims that she was injured at a Clovis insurance agency and is seeking more than $25,000 in damages.

Judy Charlene Camp filed a complaint on June 13 in the Fresno County Superior Court against James E. Oliver Jr., James E. Oliver Jr. Insurance Agency and Does 1-20 alleging negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 8, 2015, she was at defendants' premises when she fell because of the condition of a broken ramp. She alleges she injured her foot, knee, hands and face.

The plaintiff holds Oliver Jr., James E. Oliver Jr. Insurance Agency and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently allowed a dangerous condition to remain in the premises and failed to make steps to make the condition safe and to warn plaintiff of such condition.

The plaintiff seeks damages greater than $25,000, medical related expenses, loss of earnings, costs of suit and all further relief as the court may deem proper. She is represented by Jeff Reich, Shane Reich and Paul Hager of The Reich Law Firm in Fresno.
