According to the complaint, the plaintiff owns the '597 patent, titled Apparatus, Device and Method for Obtaining Electrocardiogram. The plaintiff holds Edan USA Inc. and Does 1 to 100 responsible because the defendants Patient Monitor iM80 product allegedly infringes the plaintiff's patent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks permanent injunction, enjoin the defendants, compensation, all damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Steven A. Nielsen in Larkspur.
