Lender alleges Fresno County customers owes more than $60,000

FRESNO — A financial company is suing Fresno County borrowers, alleging breach of contract involving the purchase of a tractor.

CNH Industrial Capital America LLC filed a complaint Feb. 10 in Fresno County Superior Court against Karandeep S. Sihota,  Pavitarjut S. Sihota, and Does 1 through 10, alleging they failed to repay their debt for the purchase Case IH Puma tractor for $57,534.

According to the complaint, CNH Industrial suffered monetary damages as the result of the defendants failing to make any payment to the plaintiff when due.

CNH Industrial Capital America seeks a sum of $24,897.98, interest, all legal fees, damages not less than $39,818, and all other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Dean A. Christopherson of Dawe & Christopherson LLP in Walnut Creek, California.
