Customer alleges contractor failed to complete work

SAN FRANCISCO — A San Francisco County woman is suing a contractor, alleging intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.

Hattie Owens filed a complaint on June 20, in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Pedro Demasi, alleging he intentionally and illegally entered the cross complainants' property.

According to the complaint, Owens suffered damages as the result of the breach of a party wall agreement. The plaintiff alleges Demasi failed to complete the remodeling work required in the prime contract for the wall at 1861 and 1863 Pine St.

Owens seeks all damages, injunctive relief, repair or rebuilding the shared wall, damages for expenses, all legal fees, and all other relief the court deems just. She is represented by attorney Geoffrey Murry of Ad Astra Law Group LLP in San Francisco.
