Contra Costa County company alleges 2 clients breached contract

SAN FRANCISCO — A Contra Costa County company is suing two clients, alleging breach of contract, copyright infringement and unfair competition.

Behavior Analysts Inc., which provides educational services and products to assist the needs of autistic children, filed a complaint Aug. 3 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Grace Cho and Seokho Myeong, alleging they failed to complete the Korean translation of the ABLLS-R materials based on their agreement.

According to the complaint, Behavior Analysts suffered monetary damages result of the ABLLS-R materials not being translated. The plaintiff alleges Cho and Myeong failed to pay royalties based on their agreement.

Behavior Analysts seeks to enjoin the defendants, deliver up for destruction all infringing goods, legal fees, exemplary and/or punitive damages, and all other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Katherine F. Wenger of Brown, Gee & Wenger LLP in Walnut Creek.
