LOS ANGELES — A California intimate apparel business is suing a competitor, alleging patent infringement.

Bragel International Inc. of Pomona filed a complaint Aug. 11 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Forever 21 Inc. and Does 1-10, alleging they sell products that infringe on the  plaintiff's "296" patent.

According to the complaint, Bragel International suffered damages to its business from having its patent infringed upon. The plaintiff alleges the defendants sell women's intimates, breast enhancers and bras, which infringes on at least one claim of the plaintiff's patent.

Bragel International seeks trial by jury, injunction against the defendants, order the defendants to deliver up for destruction all infringing products, damages, treble damages, interest, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorneys Tommy SF Wang and Jonathan Wang of Wang IP Law Group PC in City of Industry, California.
