LOS ANGELES — An anonymous plaintiff is suing an operator of pornographic websites for gay men, alleging extortion.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges suffered damages from being threatened by a lawsuit that said it would expose that he was gay and from being accused of illegally sharing content on the Internet.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants tried to extort money from him when he failed to pay as the threats became more brazen, including a demand that the extortion payment would balloon to $525,000.

The plaintiff seeks trial by jury, declare the plaintiff has not infringed on the defendant's copyrights, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorney Ben J. Meiselas of Geragos & Geragos APC in Los Angeles.
