Driver blames 2 other motorists for causing crash

Car accident 05

FRESNO — A driver is suing two motorists, alleging their negligent driving caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.

Kayla Stucker filed a complaint Oct. 18 in Fresno County Superior Court against Michael Noe Rangel, Randy Rangel and Does 1 to 30, alleging the defendants operated their vehicle in such a way as to cause a collision with another vehicle.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 7, 2016, Stucker was driving near the intersection of Shields Avenue and Hughes Avenue in Fresno when her vehicle was struck by the defendants' vehicle, causing a collision. As a result, Stucker says she sustained physical injuries, property damages, plus hospital and medical expenses.

The plaintiff alleges defendants failed to keep a careful lookout, failed to yield right-of-way and failed to take proper control of their vehicle.

Stucker seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages of more than $25,000, costs of suit, and all fair, just and equitable relief. She is represented by attorney Jesse R. Fretwell of Law Office of Darryl B. Freedman Inc. in Fresno.
