SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco woman is alleged to owe more than $1,000 to a debt collector.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on March 6 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Elizabeth Ryder and Does 1 through 10 citing account stated.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff purchased an alleged debt from Synchrony Bank in March 2016
The suit states Ryder is indebted on the account to the plaintiff and that she has failed to pay the balance due.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for the unpaid balance of $1,293.38, costs of suit, and such other relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Jack H. Pogosian, Alec Weston Hankins, Kristy Gabrielova, Nichol Alan de Guzman and Hyo Jin Julia Jung in San Diego.
