SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco County woman alleges that she was filmed without her knowledge in a locker room.

Lindsay Page filed a complaint on March 13 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Howard Turmon and Does 1-10 alleging invasion of privacy, sexual harassment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May, 9, 2017, she was videotaped by the defendant while undressing in the private locker room of her workplace without her consent or knowledge.

The plaintiff holds Turmon and Does 1-10 responsible because Turmon allegedly engaged in the contact with the intent of inflicting mental anguish and emotional distress.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory, general and punitive damages; plus interest; costs of suit and for such other and further relief as the court deems proper. She is represented by Timothy B. Broderick and Katrina M. Saleen of Broderick Saleen in Palo Alto.
