SAN FRANCISCO – A cyclist is seeking damages over alleged injuries he sustained after he was struck by a vehicle in San Francisco.
Reginald Morton filed a complaint on March 13 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Patrick Wong-Young Lam and Does 1 to 25 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 24, 2016, while traveling Malta Drive near O'Shaughnessy Boulevard, his bicycle was struck by defendants' 2011 Toyota Scion, causing him to sustain multiple, severe and permanent injuries.
The plaintiff holds Wong-Young Lam and Does 1 to 25 responsible because Wong-Young Lam allegedly negligently owned, operated, entrusted, managed, maintained, repaired, directed and/or supervised his vehicle, causing collision and injuries to an individual.
