SAN FRANCISCO – A patient alleges that she was prevented from attending her usual occupation because of the negligence of a physician and health care facility.
Natosha Delucce filed a complaint on March 16 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Igor Immerman MD, UCSF Medical Center and Does 1-30 alleging medical malpractice.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 19, 2016, the defendants delayed, failed or were negligent in providing her proper care regarding a trigger thumb release surgery.
The plaintiff holds Immerman and UCSF Medical Center and Does 1-30 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently cared for, diagnosed and treated her, causing her injury.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for general damages, medical and incidental expenses, costs of suit, loss of earnings, interest, and further relief as the court may deem just. She is represented by Joseph A. Androvich of Poswall, White & Bresfold in Sacramento.
