Woman seeks damages after auto accident in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO – A driver alleges she incurred medical expenses for injuries sustained in a San Francisco auto accident.

Marian Yee filed a complaint on April 9 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Tatiana Barquero, Martha Barquero and Does 1 to 50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 20, 2017, she was driving at Point Lobos Avenue and was approaching the intersection with Camino del Mar in San Francisco when her vehicle was struck by defendant Tatiana Barquero. The suit states the defendant's vehicle was owned by Martha Barquero. 

As a result, Yee claims she sustained serious physical injuries, loss of use of property, loss of earning capacity and hospital and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by John V. Mejia of Scranton Law Firm in Concord.
