SAN FRANCISCO – A woman involved in two separate collisions in San Francisco on the same day is seeking damages from multiple parties allegedly involved.
Shanika Walker filed a complaint on April 9 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Angel Antonio Portillo, Antonio River, Marvin Mauricio, Sarah Weng and Does 1 to 25 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 9, 2016, she was driving on Bayshore Boulevard when Portillo, Rivera and Mauricio operated their vehicle in a reckless manner, colliding into her vehicle. The plaintiff claims she was involved in a second incident with defendant Weng later the same day when Weng pulled out of a parking slot and collided into her vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof, with costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by R. Nicholas Haney in Benicia.
