Individual seeks damages after collision at San Francisco intersection

SAN FRANCISCO – A man alleges he was injured when his vehicle was struck in San Francisco.

Loie Vindish-Benites filed a complaint on May 1 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Walter Loeliger and Lasara Lacy alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 2, 2016, while traveling Van Ness Avenue near the intersection of Jackson Street in San Francisco, he was struck by the defendants' vehicle. As a result, Vindish-Benites claims he suffered physical injuries, wage loss due to impairment and hospital and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Matthew J. Quinlan of Law Offices of Matthew J. Quinlan in San Francisco.
