Customer alleges she fell at Fullerton post office because of ring in parking lot

Medical malpractice 01

LOS ANGELES – A La Puente resident alleges she was injured in a fall at a post office because of debris in the parking lot.

Michelle Wong filed a complaint on May 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against United States of America and Does 1 through 10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 5, 2017, she entered defendant's post office in Fullerton when she was caused to slip, trip and fall on a green metal ring in the parking lot.

The plaintiff holds United States of America and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly inspect and maintain the premises by allowing debris and items to gather on the premises and cause a dangerous condition and failed to warn invitees of the dangerous and unsafe condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general damages, special and economic damages, litigation expenses, costs of suit and such other relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by G. Seth Mitchell of Law Offices of Scott Warmuth APC in City of Industry.
