Shopper alleges she was injured at San Francisco Whole Foods

SAN FRANCISCO – An individual alleges she was injured while shopping at a San Francisco grocery store.

Kelsey Bennett filed a complaint on May 15 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Whole Foods Market California Inc. and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 6, 2017, she was injured while shopping at a San Francisco Whole Foods store.

The plaintiff holds Whole Foods Market California Inc. and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their duties of care.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants; award of compensatory, special and general damages; interest, costs of suit, and further relief as the court deems just. She is represented by R. Michael Lieberman of Law Offices of R. Michael Lieberman in San Francisco.
