FRESNO – Two individuals allege they were injured in a collision in Madera.
Fayyaz Ahmad and Asmat Khurshid filed a complaint on May 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Sidney Daniel Theard Jr., Sidney D. Theard and Does 1 to 50 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on June 9, 2016, while traveling the intersection of P Street and 5th Street, in the city of Madera, their vehicle was struck by defendants' vehicle.
As a result, Ahmad and Khurshid claim they sustained physical injuries, lost use of property, hospital and medical expenses.
The plaintiffs and seek judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. They are represented by Robert G. Gilmore of Law Office of Robert G. Gilmore in Fresno.
