Motorcycle rider alleges injuries in Fresno collision with vehicle

Car accident 17

FRESNO – A motorcycle rider alleges he was injured in a Fresno collision with a vehicle.

Keith W. Gartzke filed a complaint on May 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Heang B. Wickman, Sambo Meas and Kay Wickman alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 15, 2016, he was traveling state Route 41 northbound to state Route 180 eastbound/state Route 168 eastbound of First Street when his 2007 Buell motorcycle was allegedly struck by defendants' vehicle.

As a result, Gartzke claims he has been unable to attend to his normal occupation due to his physical injuries and has spent great sums of monies for necessary medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Heang B. Wickman, Meas and Kay Wickman responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently entrusted, managed, maintained and supervised the operations of the vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof, costs of suit and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. He is represented by James R. Romag and Ashley N. Grindstaff of Brown, Koro & Romag LLP in San Ramon.
