FRESNO – A driver is seeking damages over damages allegedly sustained in an collision in Orange Cove.
Raymond J. Castaneda Jr. filed a complaint on May 15 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Coastal Pacific Express Inc.; Coastal Pacific Xpress Inc.; Versacold Logistics Services; Bhupinder Singh Doad and Does 1 to 50 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 13, while on the premises of Tri-County Citrus in Orange Cove, his vehicle was struck.
The plaintiff alleges the defendants are responsible because they allegedly were negligent.
