Driver alleged to have failed to stop at limit line at Fresno County intersection

FRESNO – A driver injured in a collision at a Fresno County intersection alleges that a motorist failed to stop at the limit line before entering the intersection.

Susan Marie Jameson filed a complaint on May 25 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Gary Yamada and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 13, 2017, she was injured in an auto collision due to the negligence Yamada on North Hickory Hill Drive at its intersection with East Champlain Drive in Fresno County. She alleges she sustained severe and serious injury to her person, resulting in medical care and treatment expenses. 

The plaintiff holds Yamada and Does 1-10 responsible because the Yamada allegedly failed to stop at the limit line at the stop sign before entering the intersection.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Edward D. Fanucchi and David M. Moeck of Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi LLP in Fresno.
