Driver alleges she sustained injuries in Fresno collision

FRESNO – A woman is seeking damages over a collision in Fresno.

Guadalupe Villa Gonzalez filed a complaint on May 31 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Alexandra Lee Voshall, Patricia L. Voshal, The Estate of Maxwell M. Voshall and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 7, 2016, she was driving near an intersection on Ashlan Avenue in Fresno when the defendants struck her vehicle with theirs.

The plaintiff holds Alexandra Lee Voshall, Patricia L. Voshall a/k/a Patsy L. Voshall, The Estate of Maxwell M. Voshall and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly acted in a negligent, reckless, careless and improper manner.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for general and special damages, costs of suit, interest, attorney's fees and further relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Laura Lynn Davidson, Jesse E. French, Adina A. Ostoia and Jubin J. Niamehr of Akiva Niamehr LLP in Los Angeles.
