Woman alleges she was injured in rear-end collision in Fresno

FRESNO – A driver alleges a rear-end collision in Fresno caused injuries to her left arm.

Andrea Bonello filed a complaint on May 31 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Joe Perez alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 9, 2016, she was stopped for traffic eastbound on Herndon Avenue between Millbrook and Cedar avenues in Fresno when the defendant rear-ended her vehicle. The plaintiff alleges she sustained contusions to her left shoulder, arm and clavicle as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Perez responsible for allegedly driving his vehicle at a speed greater than reasonable.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Edward D. Fanucchi and David M. Moeck of Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi in Fresno.
