FRESNO – A driver alleges he suffered permanent bodily injury when his vehicle was struck in Fresno.

David Wiechmann filed a complaint on June 5 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Greg Shigeru Tsudama, Kyle S. Tsudama and Does 1-25 alleging negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 20, 2016, Kyle S. Tsudama, who was driving a vehicle owned by Greg Shigeru Tsudama, collided with his vehicle at the intersection of Alluvial and Willow avenues in Fresno. The plaintiff alleges he suffered serious and permanent bodily injury as a result.

The plaintiff holds Greg Shigeru Tsudama, Kyle S. Tsudama and Does 1-25 responsible because Kyle Tsudama allegedly failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Eric P. Oren of Law Offices of Eric P. Oren in Fresno.
