Hanford woman alleges she sustained injuries in Fresno collision

FRESNO – A Hanford resident is seeking damages for medical expenses and property damage over a collision in Fresno.

Becky Flores filed a complaint on June 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Richard Cruzsanchez, Haron Jaguar, Haron Motor Sales Inc. and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 20, 2017, she was traveling westbound on Ventura Street in Fresno near the intersection with East Street when Cruzsanchez struck her vehicle, causing injuries. The suit states Cruzsanchez was operating owned by himself and the defendants.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for general damages, expenses, loss of earnings, property damage, interest, costs of suit, and further relief as the court may deem just. She is represented by Mark J. Peacock and Megan Bartlett of Law Offices of Mark J. Peacock in Newport Beach.
