Man alleges injuries after multiple-car collision involving San Joaquin Auto and Truck Electric vehicle

FRESNO – A passenger alleges he was injured in a multiple-vehicle collision caused by a Fresno company's vehicle.

Jeffrey O'Neill filed a complaint on June 12 in the Fresno County Superior Court against San Joaquin Auto and Truck Electric Inc., Arnulfo Villagomez Corona and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 22, 2016, Corona was operating a vehicle owned by San Joaquin Auto and Truck Electric on Manning Avenue near Mendocino Avenue and triggered a multiple-vehicle collision. The plaintiff alleges he was a passenger in a vehicle involved in the collision and was injured.

The plaintiff holds San Joaquin Auto and Truck Electric Inc., Corona and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently and carelessly operated, owned and maintained their vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for general and special damages, interest, costs of suit and further relief as the court may deem proper. He is represented by Justin Chou of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger in San Francisco.
