Man alleges he was injured in Fresno rear-end collision

FRESNO – A passenger alleges he was injured when the vehicle he was in was rear-ended in Fresno.

Charles Andre Powell filed a complaint on June 12 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Alyssa F. Ragus and Does 1-100 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 6, 2016, he was traveling as a passenger in a vehicle in the driveway at the Arco Station at Golden State and Herndon in Fresno when Ragus rear-ended the vehicle he was in.

As a result of the negligence of defendant, he alleges he was injured in his health, strength and activities, sustained injury to his head, neck, back, and body, and shock and injury to his nervous system, great mental and physical distress, and pain and suffering. 

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Larry H. Shapazian of Tomassian, Pimentel & Shapazian in Fresno.
