FRESNO – A financing company is seeking to repossess a truck after a company failed to make payments on a contract.

Paccar Financial Corp. filed a complaint on July 10 in the Fresno County Superior Court against All American Logistics & Distributions Inc. and Chatbant S. Srow alleging breach of security agreement and written guaranty agreement.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 23, 2015, All American Logistics & Distributions entered into an agreement with the plaintiff for a Kenworth truck that Srow guaranteed. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay installments on the contract.

The plaintiff holds All American Logistics & Distributions, Inc. and Srow responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused and continues to fail and refuse to pay the agreed amount or any amount at all. The plaintiff also seeks a court order to repossess the truck.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for the principal sum of $93,608.48 plus interest, late charges, attorney's fees, court costs, and such other and further relief as the court deems proper. It is represented by Raymond A. Policar of Law Offices of Raymond A. Policar in Davis.
