Paccar Financial alleges it is owed more than $90,000 from All American Logistics & Distributions

FRESNO – A financing company is seeking to repossess a truck after a company failed to make payments on a contract.

Paccar Financial Corp. filed a complaint on July 10 in the Fresno County Superior Court against All American Logistics & Distributions Inc. and Chatbant S. Srow alleging breach of security agreement and written guaranty agreement.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 23, 2015, All American Logistics & Distributions entered into an agreement with the plaintiff for a Kenworth truck that Srow guaranteed. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay installments on the contract.

The plaintiff holds All American Logistics & Distributions, Inc. and Srow responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused and continues to fail and refuse to pay the agreed amount or any amount at all. The plaintiff also seeks a court order to repossess the truck.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for the principal sum of $93,608.48 plus interest, late charges, attorney's fees, court costs, and such other and further relief as the court deems proper.
