Man alleges he was injured by insecure load that fell off truck on road in Fresno

FRESNO – An individual alleges he was injured by the cargo of a truck traveling in Fresno.

Anthony Lee Quiring filed a complaint on July 23 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Steve Ernest Rodriguez, Cold Spring Granite Co., Andre Carlos and Does 1-25 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 17, 2017, Carlos was driving a vehicle that was not properly loaded. The suit states while driving on state Route 41 in Fresno, the cargo fell off of the back of the defendants' truck, causing collisions with vehicles behind the truck. The plaintiff alleges he was injured by the defendants' actions.

The plaintiff holds Rodriguez, Cold Spring Granite Co., Carlos and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly safely load and secure cargo in the vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages in an amount according to proof. He is represented by Warren R. Paboojian and Adam B. Stirrup, of Baradat & Paboojian Inc. in Fresno.
