FRESNO – A man is seeking damages from the owners of a dog he alleges attacked and bit him.

Jesus Rodriguez filed a complaint on July 26 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Harjinder Panach and Sarvjeet Panach alleging negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 7, 2016, Jesus Rodriguez was lawfully present as an invitee at a Fresno location when he was allegedly attacked and bitten by the defendants' dog.

The plaintiff holds Harjinder Panach and Sarvjeet Panach responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to install fencing and/or barriers on the premises to prevent their dog from attacking and biting persons lawfully on the premises and failed to keep their dog adequately restrained.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Theodore Kreit of Grossman Law Offices APLC in Fresno.
