Man alleges truck fell on him at Pick and Pull Auto Dismantling in Fresno

FRESNO – A man alleges the negligence of a Fresno business caused him to be injured when a truck fell on him.

Adrian Arias Vega, et al. filed a complaint on Aug. 6 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Pick and Pull Auto Dismantling Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 7, 2016, he was at the defendants' premises in Fresno and a truck that was not properly secured fell on top of him. He alleges his head, neck, back and left hip, leg, arm and shoulder were injured as a result.

The plaintiff holds Pick and Pull Auto Dismantling Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly maintain the establishment to make it clean and safe for invitees.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Oscar R. Swinton of Law Offices of Oscar R. Swinton in Bakersfield, California.
