FRESNO – Two individuals are seeking damages over a collision in Clovis.
Matthew Gonzalvez and Angie Horiuchi filed a complaint on Aug. 7 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Steven C. Ernst, Kelly Ernst, Hailey Grace Ernst, Bradley Schwegel, Debra Schwegel and Claire Elizabeth Schwegel alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Oct. 1, 2016, the plaintiffs were traveling in a vehicle at the intersection of Clovis Avenue and Fourth Street in Clovis when they were involed in a collision with the defendants' vehicle.
The plaintiffs seek judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. They are represented by Robert G. Gilmore of Law Office of Robert G. Gilmore in Fresno.
