Motorist alleges negligence of another driver caused injures in Fresno collision

FRESNO – A driver is seeking damages over a collision in Fresno.

Randall Dean Holliday filed a complaint on Aug. 7 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Jose Alejandro Zamora-Tovar and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 10, 2016, while he was driving his 1996 Ford Mustang eastbound on state Route 180 to state Route 168 in Fresno, a vehicle owned, operated and/or maintained by the defendants collided with his vehicle. He alleges he was injured in the collision.

The plaintiff holds Zamora-Tovar and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently owned and operated the vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for general damages; medical, hospital and related expenses; and further relief as the court may deem just. He is represented by Steven A. Lerman and Nicholas Lerman of Steven A. Lerman & Associates Inc. in Los Angeles.
