Specialized Bicycle Components alleges business owes more than $90,000

FRESNO – A Morgan Hill company alleges it was not paid for goods it delivered to a company.

Specialized Bicycle Components Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 8 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Brent H. Kutzbach and Christina L. Kutzbach, both individually and doing business as Stevens Bicycle Shop, and Does 1-50 alleging money due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 30, 2017, it made a demand upon the defendants for $93,067.27 for goods sold and delivered and/or services rendered to them. It alleges the defendants have failed to pay the amount.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages in the amount of $93,067.27, interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum, attorney's fees in the sum of $15,000, costs of suit, and further relief as the court may deem just. It is represented by Robert L. Pollak of Glassberg, Pollak & Associates in San Rafael.
