Glenn K. Nilmeier Trucking alleges it is owed more than $13,000 for services

FRESNO – A trucking service company in Fresno County alleges that it was not paid for services it provided to a client.

Glenn K. Nilmeier Trucking Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 6 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Arman Yesayan, doing business as A&H Brokerage Services, and Does 1-25 alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between Jan. 19 and March 12, plaintiff provided defendant with trucking services in the total amount of $13,155. To date, the said amounts allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds Yesayan and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached the contract between the parties by failing to pay for the plaintiff's services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the amount of $13,155, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and such other just and appropriate relief. It is represented by Justin T. Campagne of Campagne & Campagne in Fresno.
