VenKee Communications alleges TRENDnet router infringes patent

LOS ANGELES – A Texas limited liability company is alleged to have infringed a patent owned by a Torrance corporation.

VenKee Communications LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against TRENDnet Inc. alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint plaintiff is the sole owner of U.S. Patent No. 6,504,515, titled High Capacity Broadband Cellular/PCS Base Station Using a Phased Array Antenna. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant's AC1750 Dual Band Wireless Router infringes claims of this patent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks award for past and future damages, interest, costs, disbursements, attorneys’ fees, and such further and additional relief. It is represented by Jeffrey Francis Craft of Devlin Law Firm LLC in Calabasas.
