FRESNO – Two individuals allege they were injured on a vehicle collision in Roosevelt.
Lorena Macias and Saira Larios filed a complaint on Sept. 7 in the Fresno County Superior Court of California Helados la Tapatia Inc., Yonathan Jose Sanchez and Does 1 through 50 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 16, 2016, the defendants' vehicle struck the plaintiffs' vehicle near the intersection of East Kings Canyon Road and De Witt in Roosevelt. As a result, the plaintiffs' clam they received severe injuries to their bodies.
The plaintiffs holds Helados la Tapatia Inc., Sanchez and Does 1 through 50 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently entrusted, managed, maintained, drove and operated their vehicle so as to cause it collide with the plaintiffs' vehicle.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment for general damages, interest according to law, costs of action, and any other and further relief that the court considers proper.
