SAN DIEGO – A consumer alleges companies in Utah and Florida have been unlawfully robocalling him.

Anton Ewing filed a complaint on Sept. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against Encor Solar LLC, Daniel Larkin, et al. alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that defendants Encor Solar and Bargain Electricity have been "bombarding" him with autodialed and pre-recorded calls with the use of an automatic telephone dialing system.

The plaintiff holds Encor Solar LLC, Daniel Larkin et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly called plaintiff without his express consent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for statutory, threefold and punitive damages, preliminary and permanent injunction, attorneys' fees, costs of suit, and other relief that the court deems just. He is representing himself.
