Man alleges he sustained injuries in Fresno collision because of intoxicated individuals

FRESNO – A man alleges he was injured in a collision in Fresno caused by purportedly intoxicated persons.

Jose Pulido filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Kaci Danelle Spracklen, Mary Spracklen and Does 1-30 alleging personal injury and property damage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 14, while he was traveling along the intersection of West Clinton Avenue and North Brawley in Fresno when the defendants collided with his vehicle. He alleges the defendants willfully consumed alcoholic drinks to the point of intoxication.

The plaintiff holds Kaci Danelle Spracklen, Mary Spracklen and Does 1-30 responsible because the defendants allegedly disregarded for the rights and safety of others.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory and punitive damages, costs of suit, attorney's fees and other relief that the court deems just. He is represented by Jesse R. Fretwell of Law Office of Darryl B. Freedman Inc. in Fresno.
