Driver seeks damages for alleged injuries sustained in Fresno collision

FRESNO – A woman alleges she was injured in Fresno when her rented vehicle was struck by another driver.

Christine Tanaka filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Christopher William Rice and Does 1-50 alleging personal injury and property damage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 29, 2016, she was operating a rented Ford Focus automobile when Rice's vehicle collided with hers at or near the intersection of Friant Road and Audubon Drive in Fresno. She alleges she sustained injuries and damages to her rented vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Rice and Does 1-50 responsible because Rice allegedly negligently owned and operated his vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks all damages, costs of suit incurred herein and all other just and proper relief. She is represented by Jason Paul Halpern of Jason Paul Halpern, a professional corporation in Los Angeles.
