FRESNO – A Fresno County corporation alleges it is owed several hundred thousand dollars for a loan from several entities.
Lifestyle Solar filed a complaint on Oct. 1 in the Fresno County Superior Court against The Pelican Consulting Group, The Pelican Group Mission Advancement Services, et al. alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, in December 2016, the plaintiff loaned $426,000 through the TradeRiver USA platform to the defendants. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to pay the loan in full and failed to pay $34,785 in fees charged by the TradeRiver platform for handling the loan from plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment of $318,785 with additional fees, costs, punitive damages, attorney's fees, costs and all other relief to which plaintiff may be entitled at law or equity. It is represented by Thornton Davidson of Thornton Davidson PC in Fresno.
