US Foods alleges Da Vinci Villa owes more than $9,000

SAN FRANCISCO – A food distributor alleges a client owes more than $9,000.

US Foods Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the San Francisco Superior Court against 2550 VN Pool LLC, doing business as Da Vinci Villa; Does 1-100 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 1, 2013, executed and entered into a written agreement wherein plaintiff performed all of its obligations under the contract. However, the plaintiff alleges the defendant defaulted under the agreement's terms on Dec. 5, 2017. 

The plaintiff holds 2550 VN Pool LLC Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay money due and owing in the amount of $9,409.93.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages in the principal sum of $9,409.93 with interest rate of 18 percent per annum, attorney's fees, costs of suit, and for such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper.
