Bank of America alleges Butte County man owes more than $25,000 on account

OROVILLE – A bank alleges a Butte County resident failed to pay a credit account balance in full.

Bank of America NA filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the Butte Superior Court against Brad Olson alleging open book account.

According to the complaint, defendant Olson applied for and received a credit account, which is owned and administered by plaintiff America Bank. The suit states the defendant failed to make periodic payments on the outstanding balance and the account was charged off. The plaintiff alleges the account balance of $25,784.47 is presently due.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in the amount of $25,784.47, plus costs of suit incurred, and any other relief as the court deems just and equitable. It is represented by Erin E. Patterson, Jason W. Tang and Nicholas J. Babilis of Suttell & Hammer, APC in Bellevue, Washington.
