STOCKTON — Donna Anaya filed a complaint on Oct. 5, in the San Joaquin Superior Court, against Mary Delores Johnson-Haywood alleging that the defendant caused a head-on collision with injuries.

Anaya is alleging that Johnson-Haywood violated the California Vehicle Code.

Anaya claims she was driving her vehicle in October 2016 along Kasson Road in or near the city of Tracy when motorist Johnson-Haywood allegedly drove head-on into Anaya's vehicle.

The plaintiff claims the accident was due to the defendant's attempt to make a U-turn on the highway without yield to other vehicles. She claims the accident injured her and damaged her vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for non-economic damages, medical and incidental expenses, loss of earnings, prejudgment interest, costs of suit, and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper.

She is represented by Thomas A. Morgan of California Injury Agency in Brentwood.
