Car accident 06

SAN FRANCISCO — Allstate Insurance Co. filed a complaint on Oct. 10, in the San Francisco Superior Court, against Juan Escobar, Jesus Pulido-Escobar and Does 1-100, alleging that the defendants breached their duty to provide subrogation claims to plaintiff after a vehicle collision.

According to the complaint, Allstate Insurance Co. provided an automobile insurance claim to Chris McDonald, who was in an accident allegedly caused by the defendants.

Plaintiff claims it provided $32,438.64 as insurance coverage for the repair of the property and other expenses and seeks defendant to provide th subrogation payment.

The plaintiff holds Juan Escobar; Jesus Pulido-Escobar and Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make the subrogation payment after causing vehicle collision to plaintiff's insured client.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for the sum of $32,438.64, plus costs of suit, and for such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper.

They are represented by Lee M. Mendelson and Marc A. Schwarz of Mendelson Goldman & Schwarz in Sherman Oaks.
