SAN FRANCISCO – A contractor alleges that a client failed to pay it for work on a San Francisco home.

Robert Dorner, doing business as Extra Care Contractor, filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Rachael Robbins, Ian McFarland and Does 1-100 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 3, 2017, the parties entered into a written agreement by which plaintiff agreed to furnish certain labor, services, equipment and materials for work on Robbins' San Francisco property.

The suit states Robbins breached the agreement and refused to remit a requested progress payment toward continuation of construction. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $19,390.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general and special damages, prejudgment interest, attorney's fees, costs of suit, and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Marc Lichtenberg in Rohnert Park.
