FRESNO – A Fresno County law firm alleges former clients failed to pay for its services.
Thornton Law Group PC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Edward Erganian, Richard Erganian and Does 1-50 alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, Thornton Law Group provided counsel, legal services and representation to defendants from 2000 to 2009 in their personal and business related actions upon defendants' request and guidance.
The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed,and continued to fail to pay for the services amounting to $170,529.63.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for the sum of $170,529.63, plus prejudgment interest, costs of suit, and of such other and further relief as the court may deem proper. It is represented by Douglas V. Thornton of Thornton Law Group in Fresno.
