FRESNO – A Fresno plumbing company alleges it was not paid for emergency services it completed at a property.

Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Nagendra Patta, Mia Gia-Comazzi and Does 1-25 alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, on June 5, Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. was contacted by the defendants to perform emergency plumbing services at Adranalian Property Management. The plaintiff alleges it agreed to perform the services for the price of $16,500.

The plaintiff holds Patta, Gia-Comazzi and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to pay for the requested services in a timely and diligent manner following completion of the services and pursuant to terms of the agreement in the sum of $16,500.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for the sum to be no less than $16,500, plus legal interest, compensatory and general damages, costs of suit, and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and reasonable. It is represented by Lance E. Armo of Law Office of Lance E. Armo in Fresno.
