FRESNO – A Fresno plumbing company alleges it was not paid for emergency services it completed at a property.

Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Nagendra Patta, Mia Gia-Comazzi and Does 1-25 alleging breach of contract and other counts.
